At WW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
